What it is.

An intruder alarm is the home's first line of defence, and on a smart home it lives on the same app as everything else. Arm and disarm from a keypad or your phone, set zones for different parts of the property, and receive a real-time alert the moment a sensor is triggered.

How Baillie does it.

Baillie integrates intelligent alarm systems, including Inner Range, so security is not a separate box on the wall but part of the home's daily rhythm. An away scene can arm the alarm, drop the lighting and close the blinds in one press, and the system watches the property through the quiet weeks.

At a glance

  • Arm and disarm from a keypad or the app
  • Zoned coverage for different parts of the property
  • Real-time alerts the moment a sensor trips
  • Tied into away scenes and the rest of the home

Designed, installed and supported by one studio.

Zoned to the home

Security that fits the plan.

We zone the system to the way the property is used, so the family can be home with part of the house armed, and the whole property can lock down with one press when everyone leaves.

On the same app

No separate security panel.

Arming, disarming and alerts all live in the Control4 app alongside lighting and cameras, so there is one place to check the home rather than several.

Tied into scenes

Security that works with the house.

An away scene can arm the alarm, secure the doors, drop the blinds and set the lighting to look lived-in, all from a single keypad on the way out.

Common questions

Intruder alarm, answered.

Can the alarm be monitored?
Yes. The system can send alerts straight to your phone, and can also connect to a professional monitoring service if you want a third party to respond, depending on your preference.
Can I arm part of the house at night?
Yes. Zoning lets you arm the perimeter and ground floor while the bedrooms stay free, so the home is protected overnight without tripping every time someone moves.
Does it work with the cameras?
Yes. The alarm, cameras and access control share one platform, so a triggered sensor can call up the nearest camera and log the event together with the footage.
