The Peninsula is its own brief. Climate-paired blinds for the afternoon sun. Pool plant and outdoor audio for summer entertaining. Pre-arrival heating for the drive down from town. Engraved keypads in finishes that work with hardwood, lime render and rammed earth. We build for the way these homes are actually lived in — not the way a city apartment is.
Coastal weekenders
Ready before you arrive.
For homes used on weekends and over summer, the system holds the property when nobody is there and prepares it before they drive in. Pool warming, climate, lighting scenes and pool plant come up from the Control4 app on the drive south. The home is warm before the bags are down. CCTV and alarm carry the property through the quiet months.
Rural estates
Built around the rhythm of the day.
On the larger Peninsula properties we design around weather and routine. Motorised shades open with the daylight. Climate responds to outside temperature. Engraved keypads sit on the walls in place of multiple apps, labelled the way the household uses the home: morning, evening, music on, away.
Family forever homes
Easy to use by every generation.
Long-term family homes need a small set of named scenes that any visiting grandchild, friend or guest can read on the wall without instruction. Climate stays consistent across every zone. Outdoor audio carries through to the pool deck for summer. Nothing needs explaining.

The official Control4 Certified Showroom is a fully realised home, not a product display. Custom engraved keypads through every room. A dedicated 11.4.4 Dolby Atmos cinema with starlight ceiling. Visitors live with the system for an hour before deciding anything. Open by appointment.
