Specified early, documented properly.
Technology is the trade most often left until the drawings are finished, and the one that suffers

What you receive
- Device mark-ups on your plans: keypads, screens, speakers, sensors, antennas, cable runs
- Equipment rack elevations, sized and ventilated, with the joinery allowance settled early
- Cable schedules the electrician can work from, labelled both ends
- A written scope detailed enough that tendered prices are comparable
- Our prewire standard, issued on request
What we need, and when
Concept stage
the plans and the brief
Enough to mark up: floor plans, a reflected ceiling plan if it exists, and a conversation about how
the home will be used. Early is cheap. Late is not.
Design development
finishes and joinery
Keypad and screen locations are a finishes decision as much as a technical one. We work to the
interior designer's palette and the cabinet maker's details rather than around them.
Construction
your program
We work to the builder's dates from rough-in through second fix to commissioning, and we attend the
site meetings that matter rather than all of them.
One point of accountability
Lighting control, shade, audio, cinema, network, CCTV, intercom and access come from one studio,
on one system, with one contact. The alternative is five subcontractors and an integration problem
that becomes the builder's to solve.
Working with us
Projects are taken on in small numbers each year, and the design phase is engaged before tender.
If you have a project at concept stage, the studio will come to you.
