What it is.

The home arrives at temperature before anyone notices, and stays there. On the Peninsula, that can mean pre-arrival heating triggered on the drive down, so the house is warm before the bags are in.
How Baillie does it.
Baillie ties climate into the same Control4 platform as lighting and shading, so the systems work together rather than against each other. Blinds drop to hold the heat out before the air conditioning has to fight it, and zones only condition the rooms in use, which keeps the home comfortable and the running costs down.
